Can you confirm whether the hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as one of the images suggests?

Currently, the Gspa and swimming pool at Altis Grand Hotel are temporarily closed. Both facilities are located indoors.

Is there an electric kettle available in the apartments, and will towels be provided for my stay?

An electric kettle can be provided upon request, subject to availability. All suites come equipped with towels sufficient for the number of guests on each reservation.

Are pets allowed in the hotel, and is there any additional fee? Also, is the sauna currently operational?
